Very grateful to be featured by The Praxis Journal this week. An international platform for contemporary art, design and culture that brings together creative voices from around the world. In their latest Design Frontiers Special, they look back at all ROOTS presentations, including Sleeping Beauty, Plant Based, the award-winning The Last Supper, From a Different Perspective, and From Dutch Soil.

Last year we explored the possibilities of PHA through the first large-scale 3D printed lighting object made from this biopolymer. And just a few weeks ago in Milano, we presented Zero Degrees by OXMAN — continuing the conversation around bio-fabrication, material ecology and regenerative design that pioneers like Professor Neri Oxman have been pushing forward for years. This cutting board by BitByBit is a simple everyday object, made from 100% PHA and produced in the Netherlands.
