During GLUE Amsterdam, ROOTS Embassy opens its doors at Yumeko on the Herengracht, bringing an exclusive selection from our Milano Design Week Sleeping Beauty presentation to Amsterdam.
As part of the programme, Yumeko’s beautiful garden sets the scene for an intimate dining experience. Creative Chef Jasper Udink ten Cate brings his Garden Table to the Embassy as part of his Dinner Sculpture Series.

Bringing together food, design and storytelling, the table invites guests to connect through stories of biodiversity, ecosystems and our relationship with nature.
Gather around the table for an exclusively created four-course dinner and discover how food can become a starting point for conversation, connection and new perspectives.
